Terms and Conditions – weaver interior Services

Welcome to Weaverbird Interiors. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our engagement with you for our services, and the contractual relationship between you (the “Client”) and Weaverbird Interiors (the “Company,” “we,” “us”).

By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered Weaverbird Interiors provides a range of interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior Design Consultation
  • Space Planning and Furniture Layout
  • 3D Visualization and Renderings
  • Material and Finish Selection
  • Custom Furniture Design
  • Project Coordination and Execution

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any project will be detailed in a separate formal Proposal or Client Agreement, which must be signed by the Client before any work commences.

2. Quotations and Payment

  • Quotations: All quotations provided by us are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise a quotation after this period.
  • Payment Schedule: A non-refundable advance payment, typically 50% of the total design fee, is required to initiate the project. The detailed payment schedule (including milestone payments) will be outlined in the formal Proposal/Agreement.
  • Invoicing: All invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
  • Taxes: All fees and costs are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as per prevailing government rates.
  • Delayed Payments: We reserve the right to halt all work on a project if payments are not made by the due date. A late payment fee may be applied to overdue invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information and requirements for the project.
  • Grant timely access to the project site for our team and associated vendors.
  • Provide prompt feedback and approvals to adhere to the project timeline. Delays in approvals may result in a revised timeline and additional costs.
  • Ensure that all payments are made as per the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Intellectual Property All designs, drawings, concepts, 3D models, specifications, and other creative materials produced by Weaverbird Interiors remain our sole intellectual property.

  • Upon full and final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final design for the single, specified project site only.
  • The Client may not use our designs or intellectual property for any other property, purpose, or commercial venture without our express written consent.
  • We reserve the right to photograph the completed project and use the images for our portfolio, website, and other marketing purposes, while maintaining your personal privacy.

5. Changes, Revisions, and Delays

  • Changes: Any changes or additions to the scope of work requested by the Client after the signing of the agreement may incur additional fees and require an adjustment to the project timeline.
  • Delays: Project timelines are good-faith estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: client indecision, delays in material supply from third-party vendors, force majeure events, or unforeseen site conditions.

6. Third-Party Vendors and Contractors We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors. However, the Client will enter into separate contracts with these parties. We are not responsible for the performance, quality of work, or any defaults of these third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weaverbird Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total professional design fees paid by the Client to us for that specific project.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice if the other party is in material breach of these terms.
  • If the Client terminates the agreement, any advance or milestone payments made are non-refundable. The Client will also be liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client fails to make payments, or if there is an irreparable breakdown in communication.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jammalamadugu, Andhra Pradesh.

10. Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
